Counselling is not a one-size-fits-all process.
At Mood Therapy, each approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals, beginning from the very first session. Drawing on evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, body-based approaches, and mindfulness—we provide well-rounded support that meets you where you are.
Individual Counselling
Grounded in trauma-informed, client-focused care, these sessions provide a safe space to explore challenges, build resilience, and support growth.
Group Therapy
A supportive environment where healing happens through connection and shared experience. Group sessions foster belonging and understanding, reminding us that we don’t have to navigate difficulties alone.
Community Building
Workshops and gatherings that strengthen connection and collective well-being. By nurturing community health, we also nurture the mental and emotional health of each individual.
