Portrait of a young woman with brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a white button-up shirt over a black top, smiling against a plain white background.

I believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in connection, when you feel seen and understood. I am passionate about supporting women in finding their purpose and strengthening their sense of self.

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can explore challenges, celebrate wins, and develop strategies that fit your life. I see each person’s story as unique, and I strive to meet you with empathy, respect, and understanding.

I approach therapy through a systems lens, recognizing that we are shaped by the communities, relationships, and structures around us. I’m committed to social justice and anti-oppressive practice, and I believe that we thrive when our communities thrive.

As a straight-passing, cisgender, able-bodied, white woman, I’m aware of the privileges I hold and approach therapy with humility and an openness to learn. I aim to create an inclusive space that respects diverse identities and experiences.

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach, adapting my approach to fit your needs and unique experiences. My approach is informed by my education and additional training. I graduated from University of Toronto with a Master’s of Social Work specializing in Health and Mental Health, and I hold a post-graduate degree in Addictions and Mental Health from Humber College.

I use tools and knowledge from multiple modalities, primarily from strengths-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

“Sometimes our feelings get dismissed as “just being in a mood,” and that can leave us feeling unseen.

I wanted to create a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported—no matter what mood you’re in.”

A black T-shirt with a design of a smiling face drawn with the word 'Ooo' as eyes and a curved line as a mouth, all in dark blue.

I look forward to connecting and exploring your story together.
